Gemma Companies is a professional management services firm founded in 1998. Gemma operates three business divisions; Gemma Consulting, Valley Media One, and Ocean Rescue Spa Products.
COMPANIES
Gemma Consulting assists other companies manage short term projects such as due diligence for potential acquisitions, profitability analysis, and valuation. We also participate in longer term restructuring assignments. Our industry experience includes hospitality, financial services, banking, publishing, and real estate.
Ocean Rescue Spa Products is a marine-based premium skin care company.

ABOUT US
The consulting division has completed more than 100 assignments across the U.S. in the medical, real estate, hospitality, telecommunications, and financial services industries. The most recent assignment was as a participating member of a professional services team managing a multi-year complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy case in which we served in the role of Chief Restructuring Officer & Responsible Individual representing tenants-in-common owners of office buildings in Southern California and Texas.
Ocean Rescue Spa Products was formed in 2013. The company has developed a premium line of skin care products incorporating the beneficial powers of seaweeds and other active elements of the ocean. These highly effective ingredients are represented in 22 retail products sold on-line and more than 50 professional products sold directly to high end spas and resorts.
